I’ve stayed at many hotels in Banff and this one takes the cake. Fantastic restaurant in the hotel and great hot tubs. Right smack in the middle of everything. Will stay here again!

Wonderful holiday. Kind and caring staff. Helped me improve my italian. Special thanks to bar and restaurant staff who were Wonderful. I have a special diet and they went over and above to provide delicious meals. Thank you.

We had a very good experience and the hotel was very neat and clean and well air conditioned. It was right next to a bus stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good if you are planning on having a car however if you are planning to use public transport (buses), please be mindful that buses from Sorrento towards Positano can be quite full and you may have to wait for few hours before you find a bus you can get on, specially in peak season.

Nous avons choisi cet h?tel pour ne pas être directement près de l'aéroport la veille de notre vol et aussi parce qu'il y avait une belle piscine. L' h?tel est situé au sommet d'une colline et la vue et le cadre sont magnifiques, à 10-15 mn de l'aéroport. En ce qui concerne les prestations d'hébergement, c'est un peu en dessous du standing affiché des batiments. Juste le minimum pour les produits de bains. Il aurait été agréable d'avoir une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée et des sachets pour le thé et de café étant donné qu'il y avait une bouilloire. Notre chambre était quand même confortable. Nous avons regretté ce jour là que la piscine ferme à 18:00 car il y avait un mariage et elle était réquisitionnée. Nous avons tout de même pu diner au restaurant de l'h?tel sans problème. Les Spritz ne sont pas donnés (1200 LEK) Autre petite déception, il n'a pas été possible de prendre le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre car il n'était servi qu'à partir de 8:30 et c'est justement l'heure où il fallait qu'on parte à l'aéroport. Un dernier conseil, il faudrait éviter que le personnel de l'h?tel fume devant la réception.

Amazing experience here. The l Past reviews had worried me a bit but I couldn’t fault it. The staff are incredible going above and beyond always. The food we had during our half board was fantastic every night with good variation. The drinks were cheap and affordable and the mini bus transfer ran everyday! Would recommend to anyone

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel,è da sufficiente,se non da mediocre,nulla da dire per il servizio e la posizione,è situato bene,ma purtroppo non si dorme perché le camere non sono insonorizzate,quindi si sente ogni tipo di veicolo che passa,la colazione a buffet molto deludente, scarsa direi, c'è un solarium che non funziona,quindi direi tutto sommato un 5 è più che sufficiente.Non penso che ci ritorneremo...??
