The location of the hotel was very central. We stayed for two nights with our entire family (ages ranging from 2- 69). We all found things to do, the girls loved the soft play area, and we all enjoyed the indoor pool. The food was good, my only suggestion would be to have more fruit and vegetables on offer, but all in all we had a good stay and I’m happy to recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Mount Royal! The location was super convenient. It was close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel, great service. The rooms are nice, clean, have everything as described on the website. The staff is friendly, always at your service, they do everything to fulfill the wishes of the guests, as far as they are able. Breakfast and dinner fantastic there is something for everybody's taste. The water is not drinkable, but you get a bottle in the room. The pool, sauna, gym are good, small but clean and have everything you need. They are free for hotel guests, the massages are charged extra. You get bathrobes, slippers and spa towels. Parking is available, free of charge for visitors. All recommendations.

Hotel was let down by a lack of segregation of smoking areas from non smoking and waiters and staff spending more time socialising than serving customers. The food was basic.

Beautiful location and very nice stay. Only issue was the AC didn’t work most of the night so it did get warm. The manager was especially helpful and attentive. Not the best for disability access but quite pleasant overall

The hotel was a bit further away from Sorrento town centre than I initially hoped. However, it ended up being ideal as we had easy access to both Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The bus stop to both locations was literally on the hotels doorstep. The bar onsite was great for cocktails and a couple of restaurants within a couple of 100 yards were great. Special mention to Zio Sam restaurant. Views to due for and the food was devine.

We arrived here on an escorted tour and first impressions were not good. Hotel very tired and dated, our room was tiny and on the busy road side. Better than the couple from our tour who were in the basement. Beware floor -1 in the lift, you do not want to be down there. Advertised shuttle bus into town does not exist and the advertised rooftop sun terrace was not open, and no amount of pleading with the staff would get them to open it. Local bus service does get you into Sorrento (5km away) but downhill it is quite a rollercoaster ride! Taxis seem to be extremely expensive in the area. The food was tailored for UK guests I think, so was not authentic Italian cuisine - one of the main reasons for coming to Italy. The "Gala" dinner on our last night was not a triumph. Bless the staff though who tried their best.

Excellent hotel. Special thanks to Sasa Rulic. Guy knows his job. That kind of stuff should be kept and multiples. All stuff is very polite like you are in another dimension. All recommendation. What ever you like they will provide.

Hotel is great. They offer 3 nights for 4 and discount during working days is more then attempting. Stuff is polite like in real 5 star hotel. Very clean. They take care of everything. You will see and feel all care that they give to their customers. Sasa in the restaurant will recommend you great food and wine for lunch. For breakfast and dinner you dont have to worry because lots of variety and very tasteful. You have fast wifi conference room and gym. This is perfect place for working meetings if you want productive and satisfied colleagues. Ohh lots things that buy my attention.
